This weeks theme is famous and I can’t think of anything right now except for this book.
I think it’s famous – or well known at least.
Have you read it?
I just finished reading it again a couple of days ago.
The first time I read it was back in 10th grade because we had to as a class. But this time around I read it because I wanted too. I love the story. the humor, and how social issues are viewed through the lens of a young girl.
It’s a wonderful book.
Here are a couple of quotes from Atticus Finch – one of the main characters.
"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view - until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."
- spoken by Atticus Finch, by Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird
"The one thing that doesn't abide by majority rule is a person's conscience."
- spoken by Atticus Finch, by Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird
I think we all need and Atticus in our lives.
For more famous visit Theresa who is hosting CV for Jane. Thanks Don for the theme.

I've read it and really enjoyed it, but it's been quite a few years. I'll have to dig it out and read it again.
No, but now I'll see if I can find it. Love the cover!
