Friday’s Fave Five # 33

FFF fall leaves 2

Oh aren’t you glad it’s Friday.  I am.

So here we are it’s time for favorites'.  Time to share 5 favorite things from the week.  To find out more about Fave Five visit here.  Thanks again Susanne.

1.  Email from a friend.  I love receiving emails especially from a dear friend whom I haven’t spoken to in a long while.  It was just so wonderful to hear from my friend and know that she and her family are doing well. (I’ll keep on trying the phone Carrie-Ann.  I know the time difference doesn’t help but I’ll keep on calling!- miss you).

2.  Hearing my daughter say this:  Guess what I ate today mum! (Blank) brought some to school to share with us for snack ….  I ate some worms and they were delicious. Salty and crunchy!!

3.   This product.  I’ve used coconut oil on my hair for as long as I can remember. But none of them has had an immediate  impact on my hair like this one.  I’m loving it.  Not only is it great for my hair but I also use for cooking.

4.  Knowing that my sister received news this week that she passed her final exams and will be graduating.  I feel proud that she did not let me and my husband down as we have sponsored her for the duration of her time at Uni.  It really is wonderful.

5.  These photo’s of my son.  Who on this day found a new interest – books.  I sing to my son instead of read but now I think I can start reading.

Congratulations to your sister - and to you and your dh. You must feel so proud of her.

Worms? that would be a new one for me but I think I would try them if I was offered.

Happy weekend!

So sweet your son and his book. I loved reading to my kids. A precious gift to give them, the gift of reading.

Worms? Interesting. LOL.

Coconut oil products are becoming very popular around here.

Worms are salty? Who knew:)!
What does coconut oil do to the hair? How do you use it in cooking? Not that I could get it here, but I find this information quite interesting!

I've been hearing a lot about coconut oil. I'm going to have to get me some.

Such precious pictures of your son. Go, books!

I love getting e-mails, too. So nice to receive and be able to read at your leisure, and return to whenever you want to.

Worms? I'll pass. ha.
