So as promised here is the update of the goals I set for myself last week.
- Spiritual goal - I did attend EW and I'm so glad I did. I'm also up to date with my reading but "reflection time" is hard to come by.
- Physical Goal - I attended my 2 yoga classes for the week but then found out that in order to get the most from yoga I need to go to at least 3 classes a week. I'm also happy that I lost 1 pound. 2 would have been great but at least the scale is moving in the right direction.
- Marriage/family goal - I read to Tanysha 3 nights and I did not read to Renee. Bad mummy - I need to read to her although she would prefer to read to me. As for the date night - well I didn't even think about it! Bad Wife!
- Social goal - still intend on planning one the PTG coffee morning but didn't get round to thinking about it. Will do so this week.
- Mental goal - I'm ashamed to say I did not do anything about this one. I plan to print out the information tomorrow and start learning them. Although my Bible Study has given me many scriptures to memorize.
I guess I'm doing all right.
